At Rhythmworks Drum Tuition, we pride ourselves on creating relaxed, personalised lessons that suit every student’s goals, musical tastes, and ability level. Mitch is able to tutor students for drum grade examinations, while also supporting those who simply want to learn for fun, confidence, or performance.
Fully equipped studio
Our studio features both an acoustic and an electronic drum kit, a fully immersive sound system, and everything you need for a productive lesson. We also provide a wide range of sheet music covering all grades, spare drumsticks for anyone who needs them, and plenty of other resources to help you get the most from every session.
Getting your grades
We'll help you prepare for exams if that's the route you want to take, guiding you through performance pieces, drum rudiments, sight reading, listening skills, and the music theory you'll need along the way.
We're proud of our high pass rate, but lessons aren't all about grades. If you just want to learn your favourite songs, improve your technique, or simply enjoy playing the drums, we'll tailor the lessons to suit your goals and keep learning fun.
Your very own drum kit
We encourage all students to own or have regular access to a drum kit, as consistent practice greatly supports progress and confidence between lessons.
